Early Years Practitioner

• Salary: £23,595 - £27,327 per year
• Contract type: Permanent
• Position type: Full Time
• Hours: 41.25 per week

Are you a passionate and fully qualified (SVQ3 or HNC) Early Years Practitioner who recognises the value of play, outdoor play and high-quality interactions?

Do you get excited about helping children to reach their full potential in a holistic and authentic way, while supporting families to be part of the nursery community?

We are seeking someone who can support the development of our children in a natural and nurturing way. We like people who will follow the child’s lead and interests and who are open to discovering new things together with the children, helping them to deepen their first-hand experiences in learning.

You would be joining a team of passionate practitioners who work really well together and genuinely support each other to do the very best for the children in our care. We work very closely with our children and families, and this is one of our key strengths.
